Reservations:
To
reserve a space on a tour, kindly complete the accompanying
reservation form and return it to Viva Siena Inc. at P.O.
Box 755 with the required deposit. Reservations should be
made early to ensure space. Tentative reservations are
accepted by telephone and will be held for ten days pending
receipt of deposit.
Deposit:
A
deposit of 40% of the price of the tour per person, in U.S.
dollars, is required to reserve a space. Full payment must
accompany reservations made less than sixty (60) days before
departure.
Payment:
Full
payment is due 60 days prior to departure. All payments
must be made in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank or
branch, made payable to Viva Siena Inc. A check is required
and signature on the application form.
Air
transportation:
The price of the tour
does not include airfare.
Cancellations: All
Cancellations must be in writing
For
cancellation by the client, the following charges apply:

Cancellations received 29-1 day prior to departure =
100% of the price of the tour.

Cancellations received 59 to 30 days prior to departure
= 50 % of the price of tour.

Cancellations received 89 to 60 days prior to departure
= %30 of the price of the tour.

Cancellations 90 days or more prior to departure no
charges will apply.
Trip Insurance:
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRIP CANCELLATIONS INSURANCE. We
suggest to apply for it as soon as possible after signing up
for a tour. Should it become necessary for you to cancel
due to illness, if insured, the policy would cover you up to
the amount of the insurance purchased. Please note that
reasons of business are not covered.

Changes to the Itinerary:
Due
to circumstances beyond our control, Viva Siena Inc. may
have to make partial changes to the stated itinerary. Every
effort is made to keep changes to a minimum, and our
standard of quality is always maintained.
