1. I will require a $1,200 deposit prior to planning a trip. The deposit is non refundable. This will be discussed at the time of the initial meeting. This fee is for Viva Siena and the DMC in Italy that assists with the planning and bookings of the entire trip.

2. Full payment is required three months prior to departure. 

 

3. Credit card payments are required to reserve certain accommodations. 50 % upfront payment for all apartment rentals.

 

4. It does take time in planning a personalized tour. Please see terms and conditions for cancellations of tours, guides, and accommodations.
