I have had many clients say “But the internet is cheaper than your individual costs of the hotels you have chosen.” Well , here are the reasons why there is a big difference between booking on the internet vs my connections with the hotels chosen. 

 

• We have a solid relationship with the hotels after spending year after year attending workshops to obtain wonderful centrally located hotels all in the major cities and countryside of the countries chosen.

 

• Hotel managers are going to give us the best rooms available per the individual requests and preferences. Internet bookings get the last choice of rooms. These rooms could be in the back of the dark side of the hotel vs our balcony locations over viewing the piazza’s and squares.  It is possible during peak season, you can book on the internet and you get to your destination and they say they have lost your reservation or they are overbooked.

 

• When you book through myself and my tour operators, you do have the right to get  a refund if it falls into our terms and conditions. We include tax and breakfast. You are not guaranteed a full refund with Internet booking. 

 

• In the end, booking on the internet, there is the saying, “Penny saved, dollar foolish.”
